MBA Executive

MBA (Executive) is a program specially designed for working professionals in and around Pune. MBA Executive programs are designed to help experienced executives and senior managers advance to the next stage of their career, guide their business through specific challenges, and become more effective leaders. Participants can expect a carefully integrated mix of lectures, presentations, business simulations, small group discussions, and the case-study method of learning. The usual class size is 60 to 70 students. Classes are conducted on weekends and on an average a student spends 14 hours a week on campus.

SCMHRD Eligibility

Eligibility For MBA

• The candidate must be a graduate from any Statutory University with a minimum of 50% marks(45% for SC/ST) at Graduation level.
• Students appearing for the final year of Graduation can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

Eligibility For MBA-IM

• The candidate must be an Engineering Graduate (B.E. / B. Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Oil and Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Power Engineering and Construction Technology discipline) from any statutory university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. (45% marks for SC/ST candidates).
• Students appearing for the final year of Graduation can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

Eligibility For PGDF

A candidate needs to have a Bachelor’s Degree of any statutory University or any other recognized Foreign University to be eligible for this program.

Eligibility For PGPBA

• Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks and atleast 2 years of work experience is mandatory.
• Two years of work experience required till 1st of July of that year.

SCMHRD Admission Procedure

For MBA / MBA-IM

• Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their SNAP scores.
• The shortlisted candidates are then called for stage-II which comprises of Group Exercise, WAT and Personal Exercise (GE-PIWAT).

SCMHRD Eligibility and Selection Criteria for MBA

• Symbiosis International University conducts its own exam,Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test,for admissions to all the MBA courses at various colleges in the university. The exam is conducted in the month of December on a Sunday.
• The SNAP exam has a total of 180 questions. A correct answer fetches 3 marks and -1 for each incorrect answer. The pattern of the exam has been tabulated below.
• The cutoff percentiles for a GE-WATPI call from SCMHRD for the 2015-17 batch have been tabulated below.
